I seen these at HF but always hesitant about buying it. Was gonna buy that one a the $55 one, 2 hp as im not going to be using them very often.

I don't think you could go wrong with either but the Makita is probably a better deal if you have a need for the plunge base.

I needed one of these for a project. I got the $25 harbor freight version. Very strong motor and worked perfectly. Not sure how long it will last but I’d give it a shot if u r tight on funds.
