Yea this happens when I use Gevalia its a really fine grind. I've never packed my coffee grounds and I have been using the ekobrew for years.

I use pre ground coffee. It just seems like fill line is too high. I’ll try packing it down.

After you fill it, you have to pack the coffee down with spoon. I usually use the bottom of another kcup to push and pack the coffee
