You may want to look at the Nordic T 6.5 S which is also on Amazon at the same price point. Currently they are selling for $599. It has a hydraulic mechanism so it folds up and down without having to...

I have this treadmill as well. I weigh 205 and I use it almost everyday with no problems. I bought mine on 9/2015 for $331 shipped at Sports Authority, just for a price comparison.

Seeing 12 mph on Nordic, the ProForm is 10. Nordic has a track of 55" - i would shoot for at least 60 but depends on stride.
