You can adjust the DPI scaling on any Windows 10 device in Settings to make the fonts appear as large or small as you desire.

It's not the same OS as Win 10 on a PC, rather their attempt at an OS for a phone. The platform had potential, but never really gained traction and is essentially dead.

Beware, camera is really bad on this compared to any other phone with similar specs. One other thing that annoyed me was the flimsy plastic trim they used over the speakers.
