I just got mine yesterday. It was an "Acceptable", but I see no scratches or any comestic issues. it looks new. Also, some stock back right now.

Paid $240+ tax brand new during the Office Depot / Gamestop gc deal. My kid loves it. But I think it's more hype than anything that keeps it at this high price.

That's what this site is for, paying under retail. AAFES had it for $250 tax freeduring the holidays, mine is still sitting there due to time constraint.
