You could try a few things:
Change HDMI input on the TV for the Roku.
Try a different HDMI cable.
If there are picture settings on the Roku, try playing with those.

I have an older Roku, the 2 XS, and a Harmony 670. I've never had a problem. Works great. You might try setting up the Harmony again with your Roku to see if that helps.

I have a Roku 3 and Roku LT. I use my Logitech harmony 880 remote on both and I get a pretty long (.5 to 1 second) lag from each button push. You are not alone with the lag problem 😉
