CD's have much more capacity (700 megabytes) than the 1.44 megabytes of data of a floppy disk which I occasionally have to use..Still have part of my data backups on zip disks, remember those?

Myself and friends have been using ImgBurn for years, never had a problem. Assuming you downloaded it through an official host, your malware issues are not from ImgBurn.

You could easily buy a 2TB external USB powered drive and rip all those DVDs and Blu-rays to it and hook it up to a cheap laptop output HDMI to the HDTV and have less to deal with. No more hunting...
