I had a 3rd part battery installed in my 6s, later took it to an Apple Store to get a real one, and they said they would not work on my phone any more, at all, for any amount of money.

I was at the Apple store today for a replacement for a 6 plus and was given a mid-March timeframe for the battery to come in.

I would not use this.
Employees probably won't know or won't care about what they're doing and will probably pop the backlight filter for the 6S or take off a few caps near the battery connector...

Here is another option for battery replacement which includes the 5S and 5C.
Note: They are not official apple batteries but do carry a 1 year warranty.
