p.s. I'd take this Sigma Art and other Art lenses vs their stabilised counterparts because there aren't any (up until recently) stabilised f/1.4 lenses.

For me, yes it'll come in handy. Even with 1/125 if I'm not careful I can see evidence of camera shake when using my 85mm Art.

Yes if I only had one for portraits I’d use 85 over 35. I only put the35 on for family or it’s awesome at a wedding. I LOVE the 135 too

While it doesn't actually affect the aperture, because of the smaller sensor size it captures less light than a FF camera per pixel. You'll need a longer exposure or higher ISO at the same aperture...

New believer in Sigma ART lenses. I got the 599 deal (18-35) for Nikon mount and it is by far the sharpest lens lens I have. Sold my 35mm prime, 18-55mm. Sigma is on my camera all the time.
