I got these the last time they were up on SD and I honestly regret it. They are cheap and flimsy. My furnace actually pulls them in and basically breaks them in half. I wouldn't recommend these.

Anyone know if one can cut a filter in half, maybe tape some paperboard over the cut end and not have any issues? I can't think of any risk to doing that with 20x30s instead of buying 16x20s. Thanks
