If ya don't mind Sprint, Tello is $10.00 for 333 minutes and they don't expire if you make an occasional call. 10 bucks lasts my elderly Rents about 1 1/2 years!!!!

US Mobile is great for that. Excellent customer service too, I have my mother on their T-Mobile plan for over a year now. The have 2 networks to choose from on this link below, super LTE and GSM LTE....
