Mostly 2 problems - 15 days return policy compare to 30 days offered by its competitors. $35 restocking fee for some of the items like unlocked phones etc.

Right but things like unlocked phones, they charge $35 restocking fee even if you are elite plus member. I shop online a lot and their return policy is one of the most unfriendliest in the market...

Funny. I do the opposite. I’m an elite plus member and have 45 days to return pretty much anything. I mostly buy at B.B. because of their return policy.
