And both DWE7480 and DWE745 are very similar in comparison, with the exception of rip capacity 12" Left/24"...

FYI the link you provided for the saw at Home Depot is the DWE745, which is a step down from the DWE7480 model I posted.
The DWE7480 at HD is the same list price at Lowe’s of $379:

Yeah they have a separate link. Lowe's does the same with a special PDF. Just Google search "home Depot (Lowe's) 11% rebate" and the links should pop up
