Mine still shows "Reason for charge, normal wear and tear" when click on View more item detail. Did you protest the charge with Samsung?

Thanks for your reply. It is the same merchant name/id, so hopefully Amex will block it as I called them and asked them to block charges from them.

My order was mid Feb.Traded in a perfect V20. I didn't receive any email saying rejected or accepted and didn't get a charge back so I guess there is no way of knowing if they even got to it? order...
