I’ve never heard of anyone going for that look, but yeah you could definitely fab up some unique (and expensive) custom shelves with sharkbites and copper pipe.

I love Sharkbites. They save me from having to call one of the local HACK plumbers. Unfortunately, really good tradesmen who care about the quality of their work are really hard to come by nowadays.
