I have the midback non headrest version at home and it is more comfortable than my Leap at work. Ymmv it’s all dependent how it fits your body.

Unfortunately I checked out this chair and the Staples Hyken chair last week, both headrests interfere with your shoulders as th height adjustments are only able to move about an inch vertically....
