I have the Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 Di VC USD which is fantastic. Yes, I wish it was as small as the Canon equivalents but image quality is on par.

Interesting, I don't have an 85mm prime yet. I know they are fantastic for portraits. It's on my list but I think I want the 24-70 2.8 II first.

I tried both Yongnuo and Canon 50mm in my photography class. The Yongnuo copy was amazingly good. My only problem with it is that it's all plastic. Just don't drop it.

I bought the Yongnuo 50mm 1.8 from Amazon last month for my T6 and I and surprised and please with what it can do. Definitely a better deal at half the price unless you really want to pixel-peep....
