With this seller I'm not sure, but I've had good success with ebay returns in general. The ad says returns accepted within 30 days for a refund. Feedback on seller looks good.

I would rather wait for 15inch to drop down FP price around $1250+ for brand new. For a refurbished nor paying close to same amount as best price.

Interesting. So is it best practice to not buy the premium warranty when you buy the laptop, but wait till after and then try to negotiate with a chat rep on it?

contact dell CS and tell them i want to extend the warranty. Keep getting different quotes for warranty until you get something like $40/year (premium service warranty).
