Alternatively cut out the middle man and just stick your ailing body part directly in the microwave. No need to buy any 3rd party product as long as you have the heat source.

I just usually put a couple scoops of steam rice directly on my skin. It'll usually last for about a couple hours with the burn.

If you need a heat pack, get a sock (non-sticky one preferred), put rice in.. Heat in microwave for 1m 15s. Should last for like 10 mins or so
