Seems all you have to do is send a cancel order request and they will immediately ship mattress in order to not process a cancellation.

Worthless. I had a problem that my memory foam mattress doesn't expand to full height. Contacted CS through regular email and got a tracking for replacement that never ships. So I contacted them...

For what it's worth I purchased a queen size green tea mattress this August. Purchased the Zinus mattress from Amazon, and the Zinus metal bed frame from Walmart. No problems.

It's not branded differently, it's still zinus, shipped by zinus in a box branded zinus with all paperwork zinus. They just don't advertise as zinus at Walmart for some reason
