I've noticed that sometimes it's hard to see what you actually paid per item, when you do S&S and use coupons. The only way I've found to see the real price you paid is to go to your order...

Yes, it's likely that you're skipping your first shipment. Your coupon should then be going away. Why not just change the date of the shipment?

If you pushed back the date far enough, it counts as a 2nd shipment and no coupon. 1st shipment is skipped. You have to check it before it ships out.
