I was able to receive a refund for 3 orders of MP from the Costco deal back in 12/2017. I just mentioned that the service hasn't been as advertised within the past few weeks and with new changes...

I just did an online chat with Costco and requested a refund on my moviepass subscription. No problem. Costco is issuing me a credit on my credit card that I used to purchase moviepass subscription.
