You might look into IFTTT anyway. It's super handy. You can have it monitor a door sensor and turn on a light, for example. It's a very useful tool, and ridiculously easy to use.

Seems like a waste...since you shouldn't be having to reboot them (that often). In addition, many new/recent routers have app control and you can reboot them this way just as easily.
