You have to pay tax on anything you buy no matter from where as long as you are bringing it into your state. Newegg is free to report your purchases.

You committing tax fraud has nothing to do with state spending. Income tax in CT is 3-7%. If you don't like tax, Wyoming is the place to be. The great thing about states is that there's 50 of them...
