I don't know, but I believe the weight is the pre-cooked measurement. I'd also guess that the smaller patties would shrink even more than the bigger patties when cooked as less would be contained...

It is just a mini double cheeseburger. Have to look for the beef. McD's double quarter pounder is much better deal. For an extra $1.30 you can get an extra 1/4 lb. patty making it a triple QP.

I've gone a few days in the fridge with bogo's and a double QPC. Never tried to freeze and thaw later. I'd rather make a bunch of burgers on the grill and vac seal them for future use.
