No. Think of it this way, it's 90 days from whenever you refill OR your account is debited. So at the end of every month the Use By date is 90 days later. If you refill, it also moves 90 days ahead....

No, the 90 days moves with each refill or charge. Don't worry. I had the same qualms when I began my $30 plan, that was about a year and a half ago.
