My biggest issue with most of these lower cost gluten-free pasta options is that they're using corn as a base... the resulting can be described by two words- bloated and inflamed! :vomit:

Haha, yeah, then I can't help you unfortunately. You should still try the Garofalo though if you can find them. At least eat amazing pasta if you already have to peel nasty stuff of a pot!

Yup, the immediate rinse is the key. Unfortunately I'm usually the clean up guy in my house and not the cook...the things are already gunked up by the time I come downstairs to eat!

To be honest, I think it's pretty similar. I make sure to immediately rinse the pot and the colander with hot water once I strain the pasta. Then you get no sticky residue.

Out of curiousity, does this stuff clean up any better than the GF stuff we have here? I mean, cleaning up a GF pasta pot (and colander) is like scrubbing something that someone poured Elmer's glue...

We are spoiled. Through business I go to Italy every few months. They have the best GF pasta there. Dare I say the ones I found there are better than regular Barilla pasta. It's amazing. And...
