Video from OctoPrint works fine on the Pi Zero (with cam interface). Maybe a little jerky, but certainly useable.

I've only had corrupt SD cards occur after improperly shutting them down by just pulling the power. I haven't really had any issues with corruption since I've started shutting them down properly...

I've had no problems connecting to WiFi while drunk setting them up. Check your router maybe.. So far no corrupt memory cards either and I've pulled power before.. Also cuz drunk or lazy

Encoding wasn't the issue. Streaming the feed was. the constant bandwidth on the wifi interface is what hogged the CPU when the creator tested it.
