I'd recommend a stronger 1/2 impact gun. If you want 3/8 size and low torque, then you would be better off getting a 3/8 butterfly impact instead of a pistol grip gun style.

Nope, nor is it designed to. I'd suggest a larger 1/2" impact wrench for high torque tasks like that where there is plenty of room to wield the bigger and more powerful gun.
