I doubt many people are charging more than 2 devices at once. From what I can remember, I don't think I've seen any of these for this low of a price for at least 12 months.

Max output is 5V/7A. That means only a maximum of 3 devices will receive 2.4A and charging rate will drop the more devices are being charged simultaneously.
