The watch they send me failed to work and i just had the option to send them back a 1000$ brand new watch to repair!!! You buy sth. New for 1000 bucks and send it back for repair!??? No return No...

Ashford is a legit site. I bought a time piece from them and it was brand spanking new. No warranty card, but that was advertised, so no problem. Watch still ticking

When you buy from Ashford you get a 2 year Ashford warranty. They handle all repairs and will replace if needed. Grey market dealers do this all the time. I sent my wife’s Hamilton to them for repair...

i bought this watch less than a month its not working! ashford said me send it to repair it?! are they rado cervice center ??? that is so weird and 100% its a 3rd party watch and not rado certified.
