Yeah they're both pretty bad. It's still generally healthier though compared to pop tarts. There is more of it to eat and has less overall sugar and fat. So one will fill you up with less sugar but...

Not 100% sure but- Nothing in the ingredient list, only warning on back seems to be wheat, not the usual "Processed in a facility that also processes nuts" Plus in the Q&A section a poster said...

If like them, buy them, if not, well, then don't. Who cares what your opinion is of whether they're healthy or not. People know what they are buying. Push your agenda elsewhere.

These are not health food. They're a reasonable grab and go item for when you haven't got time to cook something. In for a box... Great for backpacking.

Where does it say it's a health food? Not doubting I just don't see it. I read through the page on Amazon and all I was seeing were things like "tasty and fulfilling"

Don't waste your money, these are terrible. IMO the texture is like baby food, the flavor is pretty bad and I wound up throwing away half of them because I didn't realize they expired within a month.

Not so fast. They have about the same amount of sugar and calories. There's nothing healthy about it. Calling it "healthier" or anything relating to health is falling into their marketing trap. ...

I think a better term is "healthier". For sure better than say pop tarts but it's not like eating straight up fruit by any stretch.

Yeah, but it doesn't taste as good either! The problem with these things is that they taste healthy even though they aren't, so they don't satisfy junk food cravings.
