Did you use the code to take $10 off of the total. If you tried to use the code and it did not take the $10 off did it give you an error message?

Yeah... Newegg actually have a very good rebates processing system that is pretty much fool proof. I've gotten all my rebates from Newegg. The only issue is wait time can be long but they will arrive...
