Mine arrived on Monday. Didn't like the way it is shipped. Too easy to damage if dropped on the ground hard! It looks alright though. Don't seem broken.

Either their tech support people were misinformed, or everyone that bought an ADH warranty for this item is in for a rude surprise if their lens breaks.
