I have this router and I’ve never had any issues. I have their modem as well. We always have blazing fast WiFi at my house with this bad boy. I think I got it on Black Friday so it was like $80 or so

The Archer C1900 is supposedly identical to the Archer C9 v1.x so you ought to be able to use one of the newer firmwares posted for the C9 V1.x...
