Ordered on the 11th. Shipped out yesterday, got it today. Package came shrink wrapped. And I was able to register the serial # on Dyson's website for the 2 year warranty.

I ordered mine on 4/27 (Friday evening) and received via UPS on 5/10. It’s not Amazon Prime but arrived brand new and shrink wrapped. Also, I too had no issue registering the warranty with Dyson....
