I haven’t experienced it yet. I just sold it recently to buy some audio gear, but will probably get it again later on. Does this only. Happen when you are shooting into the sun?

I agree thats an expensive badge. Do you have the issues with striping? It looks like sensor reflections to me but at least there is a fix for RAWs.

The Sony 85 is the best value for FE system. Very similar performance to the Batis. No need to pay double for the Zeiss blue badge. I owned both.

It’s been $548 for the longest time - and is probably the new price going forward. Bought mine several months ago on eBay (seller: Adorama) for $493 after using a flash 10% off eBay coupon.
