when you call that number try to ask replacement 2 or 3 at a time. If you ask 15 at once I'm sure they will ask you to contact the seller.

All of their previous issued GCs are not working online. You cannot check balance on their website. If they got hacked, they should tell people what to do Or tell people how to replace them....

There was a data breach awhile back and the GC numbers were compromised in the attack. I guess they finally decided canceling GCs and reissuing was preferable to letting those stolen GCs be used.

Have the same issue with egc redeemed from Discover - Called Staples : they replaced 4 out of 5 and asked me to contact Discover for the remaining one..such a mess
