Same here... mine came a bunch of bulbs wrapped in shipping paper. I suspect open box returns, refurbs or maybe even knock-offs.... I see no MAC Addess or Serial Number markings on any of them. ...

According to their tech support FAQ, if the bulb is dimmable, the wall dimmer will cause problems, humming, etc.

600 lumens is a bit dim. Also not sure about the temperature controls. It would be nice to have temperature control but doubt it base on the specs.
