Our's was shipped and it came in a brown package looking cardboard box. Opened expecting the original box, but the contents were packed in it. No complaints though.

Nutribullet design is much better. Easy to clean except the seals in the lids. They have to be removed and cleaned. Hope they last.

I bought this and it broke in a few months. I use it for smoothies. The base is cheaply constructed and it’s pretty loud. I wouldn’t buy it again.
