Yep, unlocks got shut down. All the ebay listings dissapeared. Cellunlockers website had Motorola as "on hold" and has removed them entirely now.

Yes, unlocked both to work on any GSM carrier. I didn't unlock the bootloader as I believe you can't on these Verizon ones. I did run a debloater though to get rid of the Verizon bloat.
