Nope. It's a myth, WD-40 does not take off tar. I've tried, and countless youtubers have tried, doesn't do anything for tar.

This is the BEST laundry stain remover. Even works on grease stains after they have been through the wash. Last week I ordered two tubs of this from amazon for $12. Thanks for posting this!!
