Nope. It's a myth, WD-40 does not take off tar. I've tried, and countless youtubers have tried, doesn't do anything for tar.

I think it's 1.67 at Wal-Mart. Usually comes free when you buy oil/filter from auto parts stores.

This is the BEST laundry stain remover. Even works on grease stains after they have been through the wash. Last week I ordered two tubs of this from amazon for $12. Thanks for posting this!!
