I resist selling on E-bay.. Once you list it your item becomes ebays.. If your buyer has figured out that you can claim "item not as described" he can make that claim and force return a now opened...

If you’re lucky enough to have gotten both promos, they effectively cancel out the entire eBay final value fee and reduce the PayPal fee to 2% (5% off final value fee + 6% eBay bucks = 11%).

They stack. Done it before (that time it was 10% eBay bucks and no final value fee on 1 sale). Have never had both promos happen at the same time since then until now.
