I have one and I take care of them very well. Within 1 year, the vacuum leaks so it cannot hold ice much longer than before. Ice is gone in about 6 hrs now instead of over 24 hrs before.

Same here , the O ring on my hydra flask spout always comes loose and kills the suction. Tried replacing them and it just keeps happening. Ended up going the Costco route and haven’t had any issues...
