I have read that online also. I have the steam version and it kept locking up like crazy so it was not playable for me. So I am wondering the same if it is true that the GOG version has some tweaks...

The funny thing is I would see GOG go bankrupt before I would see valve go bankrupt yet so many people say drm free is better.
