Mine was a 36 pack that had been torn open and had 16 rolls removed. Even if I had actually ordered a 20 pack, that would be unacceptable.

Just got mine. The worst part is that it's just loose toilet rolls. It's not even sealed up. So they could've just stolen a butt load of them from a hotel and resold it :lmao:
