Does your FF still connect via France IP? That's most likely the reason. Can you confirm that you see Classic via another browser?

Cleared cookies, selected no to EU prompt, and also clicked on Classic Link and a deal link. I do not see any noticeable change.

I can't give you a good answer. I was bombarded with those type of popups, thus if one came up for SD, it would have went the way of the rest in my mind; out of 'site' out of mind. :)
