I bought these last time Sears had them on sale. Within couple of months, I started noticing rust on some of the bits. Never had them in water or any direct moisture.

I got it for way less than 20 bucks. I know it's not for everyday use, but so far any project I've had these have been sufficient for. On value alone it's a solid deal.
