Forsaken is not included in this purchase. However, if you want to play Forsaken, Bungie has stated that you must own these two expansions.

Uh, no. It is NOT required. All the new "changes" coming in Sept are free. The expansion and new annual pass are separate purchases and one does not require the other. Just FYI.
