For $40 more the Cell would be worth it regardless you'd need cell or not. But if this GPS drops to below $250, I'd seriously have a hard time to decide not getting the GPS. For $300, pass for now.

I'd disagree with the cellular portion unless it's truly for calls. It sucks trying to stream music if it's solely on its cellular connection...cant even use Pandora or Iheart as it says it cant...
